Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Experience with ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone and email.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide order status updates and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate customer requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Process orders for domestic and Latin American markets.
• Maintain accurate customer data and order records in ERP.
• Prepare customer quotations for standard and customized products.
• Support sales initiatives through communications and product updates.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and operations to align production with delivery.
