Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, or sales support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
Experience with ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and provide order updates.
Process customer orders for domestic and Latin American markets and maintain ERP data.
Prepare customer quotations and support sales initiatives.
Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing to align delivery expectations.
Manage returns, credits, and related customer service issues.
