Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer service, account management, inside sales or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone and email, building relationships.
• Manage orders and maintain accurate customer data in ERP.
• Prepare quotations and support sales initiatives with customers.
• Coordinate with manufacturing/ops to align production and delivery, and handle returns/credits.
