Job summary

CNX is seeking a Specialist, Customer Acquisition - Bilingual to drive sales and renew contracts. The role emphasizes outbound engagement, accurate forecasting, and strong product knowledge to meet client requirements.

You will work with a team and report to a Sales Manager, maintaining CRM data and providing a professional experience across interactions with customers and prospects. English and Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months B2B sales experience or 1+ year in B2C sales.
• English level B2 minimum.
• Experience with Cold Calling.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience learning new technology and data.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
• Willingness to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to assess client requirements.
• Address customer concerns to improve satisfaction and product usage.
• Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win customers.
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls/emails daily.
• Collaborate with team and Sales Manager to deliver professional customer experiences.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and completeness.
• Lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and contract renewals.
