Job summary

NCD is seeking an Account Executive to onboard and activate new agents, guiding them through onboarding, training, and best practices. You will support lead generation, participate in industry events, and progressively assume higher level account management responsibilities.

The role also serves as a liaison between Sales and Agent Support, ensuring escalated concerns are routed correctly. Travel to industry events is required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in sales, account management, or agent support in insurance/healthcare.
• Experience with outbound calls, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; communicate with Spanish-speaking agents.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills for training webinars/workshops.
• Willingness to travel to industry events and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to newly contracted agents and guide onboarding.
• Lead outbound calls to educate on offerings and drive contracting.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
• Facilitate onboarding workshops for new agents, virtual or in-person.
• Lead weekly training webinars to ensure understanding of products and sales strategies.
• Support a small portfolio of agents to drive production.
