Zusammenfassung

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to manage customer accounts, drive payment collections, and renewal activities while delivering high-quality service. You will engage customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership and leverage our lease benefits to maximize satisfaction.

As a successful candidate you will balance high energy, empathy, and effective communication to handle multiple tasks, maintain data in our systems, and support the sales team and management

Qualifikationen

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with multitasking ability and professional appearance.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store computer system and document payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, in home or by phone.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewals and payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and vehicle loading/maintenance as directed by management.
• Safely operate company vehicle and protect company assets.
