Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to deepen customer relationships by phone and in person, driving lease renewals and payment collections. The role supports a busy store environment and helps customers move toward ownership with strong service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, update information, and document appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases via in-home or phone.
• Encourage timely lease renewals and support revenue goals.
• Assist the Team with daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Handle merchandise returns and assist with deliveries as directed.
