Job summary

TLNT is hiring a Case Manager & Intake Specialist for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will interview prospective clients in English and Spanish, capture their stories, and convert conversations into precise notes for the legal team.

This is an entry into the US-based legal field, with growth potential and long-term engagement. You will work Monday–Friday, PST hours, maintaining professionalism and accuracy while supporting a workers’-rights focused firm.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Excellent note-taking and listening skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and multitask.
• Professional attitude, honesty and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews in English and Spanish over the phone.
• Maintain bilingual communications with clients via phone, email, and text.
• Summarize interviews into clear, accurate case notes for the legal team.
• Support the case management team with follow-ups and documentation.
• Assist with additional duties as needed by the firm.
