Goodshuffle seeks a bilingual Customer Success Manager to support a portfolio of small-to-mid-sized events customers in English and Spanish. You will drive onboarding, adoption, and measurable impact on daily operations using the Goodshuffle platform.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want ownership of customer relationships and growth in a rapidly scaling company; Washington, DC area preferred, with remote considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English for calls and written comms.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a scaling product company.
• Experience using AI to reduce routine work and validate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small-to-mid-sized accounts with ongoing support and value.
• Conduct onboarding calls and training sessions in Spanish and English.
• Monitor health and usage; proactively engage customers to drive success.
• Educate customers on features and time-saving workflows.
• Serve as primary contact for questions in customers' preferred language.
• Act as internal voice for Spanish-speaking customers to CX/product teams.
• Maintain detailed account notes and metrics in internal tools.
• Contribute to team processes and knowledge-sharing as we scale.
