Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
TLNT is an early-stage, AI-first healthtech startup offering a fully remote Customer Success Manager role. You will own the clinic experience from signed contract through go-live and ongoing support, handling onboarding, training, integrations, and platform configuration across English- and Spanish-speaking clinics in North and Central America.
You’ll work with the founders in a fast-moving team, applying AI tools and light coding to speed up workflows and ensure clients realize real results.
Join a team that puts people at the center of everything.
At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it's about connecting humans with humans. We're a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company — fully remote.
You’ll join an early-stage, AI-first healthtech startup building the technology platform for specialty medical clinics — practices where patients often travel across borders for treatment. One product replaces scattered WhatsApp threads and days-late PDF quotes: a CRM, a fully branded patient portal, AI coordinators that answer patients in real time, and automation, all HIPAA-compliant. Clinics on the platform report turning roughly 70% more inquiries into paying patients within six months.
As Customer Success Manager, you’ll own each clinic's experience from signed contract through go-live and beyond. This is a true hybrid role: you’re the clinics' main point of contact — running onboarding, training their teams, and making sure they get real results — and you also own the technical side of implementation: setting up integrations, configuring the platform, and finding and fixing issues before they reach engineering.
You’ll work directly with the founders in a small, fast-moving team and help shape how the company onboards and supports clinics as it grows. Many of the clinics, across North and Central America, are Spanish-speaking — so you’ll move between English and Spanish every day.
You're equally comfortable on a call with a clinic owner and inside a webhook log — and you'd rather fix the problem yourself than hand it off. You like small teams, move fast and enjoy figuring things out without a manual. You pick up new tools quickly, already use AI to work smarter, and care about clients getting real results.
