AtVMS (Velocity Merchant Services) seeks a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Agent to provide friendly, focused support for small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. You will handle tech support, billing, and product information, communicating clearly by phone, email, or chat.

You will log tickets, track follow-ups, and have opportunities to upsell services with commission potential. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no weekends.

Qualificações

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Help merchants with tech support, billing, product info, and updates.
• Troubleshoot quickly and communicate clearly by phone, email, or chat.
• Provide top-notch service in both Spanish and English.
• Upsell and educate customers on new services (commissions).
• Log tickets, track follow-ups, and close the loop.
