Job summary

Native Pest Management is seeking a skilled Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support customers remotely. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate service appointments, while maintaining a positive caller experience.

Candidates should have strong English communication, a typing speed of 50 WPM, CRM familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple channels (calls, texts, emails). This is a full-time remote role with scheduled hours and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong high-speed Wi‑Fi.
• Good microphone/headset.
• Good camera.
• Experience with CRM software preferred.
• Must be able to type at a minimum of 50 WPM and 90% accuracy (typing test).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from current and potential customers.
• Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
• Schedule and plan services and appointments.
• Respond to calls, texts, voicemails, and emails promptly.
• Coordinate with sales to schedule free inspections.
• Assist management, technicians and sales with day-to-day requests.
• Collect payments and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Coordinate service schedules with field technicians.
