Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory.
• 4+ years of progressive IT systems support in banking.
• Hands-on experience with core banking platforms (Temenos T24, Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, Finastra).
• Knowledge of deposits, checking/current accounts, lending and GL integrations.
• Experience with UAT, incident management, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot core banking systems and applications.
• Resolve escalated issues involving transactions, system errors, and account discrepancies.
• Manage incidents from report to resolution and communicate updates to users.
• Collaborate with core banking vendors and third‑party providers.
• Develop and execute UAT scripts for features and system changes.
• Assist with change management, system administration, and documentation.
