Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of investigative or related experience with BSA/AML in financial services.
• 5–10 years of progressive IT systems support experience in a bank or regulated financial institution.
• Direct experience with Temenos T24 core banking platform.
• Strong knowledge of core retail and corporate banking products (deposits, lending).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets from front-line staff regarding transaction failures and discrepancies.
• Log, track, and manage tickets with core banking vendors and IT providers.
• Own the lifecycle of internal user incidents and keep staff informed until resolution.
• Develop and manage UAT scripts with department heads for new features.
• Create technical walkthroughs and maintain internal wiki documentation.
