Qualifications

• 5+ years of BSA/AML and/or fraud prevention experience in financial services.
• 5 to 10 years of progressive IT systems support experience within a financial institution.
• Temenos T24 core banking platform expertise.
• Knowledge of retail and corporate banking products.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets on transaction failures, system freezes, and account discrepancies.
• Log, track, and manage tickets with core banking vendors and third-party IT providers.
• Own the lifecycle of internal user incidents and communicate progress to affected staff until resolution.
• Develop and manage UAT scripts for new features with internal department heads.
• Create and update documentation and troubleshooting guides for the bank's internal wiki.
