Job summary

Banesco USA is seeking a Credit Support Specialist for our Portfolio Managers unit in Miami, FL. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on administrative support through the pre-underwriting process, including pulling credit reports and flood determinations, and preparing documentation for underwriting.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of banking experience, are bilingual (English/Spanish), and possess strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of banking experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail and accuracy with multitasking ability
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support throughout the pre-underwriting process and due diligence
• Pull credit reports, lien searches, loan coding and flood determinations
• Escalate issues to obtain satisfactory resolution
• Ensure required financial statements and documents are on file for loan types
• Create loan in nCino and upload documentation for underwriting
• Identify opportunities to improve pre/post-approval credit processes
• Respond to officer inquiries related to Commercial Credit
• Complete annual training and perform other duties as assigned
