Qualifications

• Experience in BSA/AML and fraud prevention within a financial institution or related agency.
• Extensive IT systems support experience in a banking environment (5–10 years).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets from front-line staff and branches regarding transaction issues.
• Log, track, and manage tickets with core banking vendors and IT providers.
• Own the lifecycle of internal user incidents and communicate progress to staff.
• Develop and manage UAT scripts with internal heads for new features.
• Create documentation and guides for the bank's internal wiki.
