Job summary

Attuned Intelligence builds AI-powered voice agents that automate patient access for community health centers and health systems. They are a fast-moving, mission-driven team focused on making care more accessible and equitable.

As a candidate, you will design prompts, conversation flows, and tool integrations for AI agents; translate customer problems into new agent behaviors; and systematically test to improve agent performance across calls and results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years building LLM-based agents, conversational experiences, or workflow automations.
• Experience with voice AI, speech recognition, or TTS systems and strong structured reasoning.
• Practical programming skills with APIs, JSON, version control, and logs.
• Helpful experience: customer implementations or technical support translating real-world requirements into software.
