You will map customer needs into AI-driven voice workflows, document business logic and requirements for engineers, and coordinate with technical teams to integrate contact center systems.

About the Role

Join an applied AI team building voice-based customer experiences. You will guide customers from implementation planning through production, translating their operations and needs into practical AI solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead post-sales customer implementations from signed contract through launch, learning each customer's procedures, workflows, and current customer experience.

• Map customer needs into AI-driven voice experiences and document the business logic, requirements, and implementation specifications for applied AI engineers.

• Coordinate customer requirements with technical implementation work involving integrations and contact center systems.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of customer-facing solutions consulting or implementation experience, including ownership of complex enterprise implementations.

• Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations.

• Hands-on experience building, implementing, or configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents, plus familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

• Experience with contact center software or conversational AI is valuable.

• Background in legal, insurance, or financial services intake operations is useful, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
