Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Bilingual Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management across site projects. You will implement site-specific safety plans, lead the ORM team, and collaborate with project teams to enforce safety standards and reporting.

Ideal candidates have strong OSHA/EM-385 knowledge, extensive S&H training experience, and a track record in electrical/construction safety. The role requires on-site work and coordination with GC and clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a high school diploma.
• 6+ years with an Associates Degree.
• 2+ years with a Bachelors Degree.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience conducting S&H training, Regulatory compliance expert/1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1 Safety Management Systems knowledge.
• Understanding of culture and culture building skills; OSHA 500/502 certifications desired.
• Willingness to pursue ASP, CSP, CHST.
• Experience in electrical/construction/industrial/federal and commercial S&H.

Responsibilities

• Provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
• Solutions are imaginative, thorough and practical.
• Coordinate with GC/owner on site conditions and NCN.
• Advise on project-specific mitigation plans, S&H training, and reports in meetings.
• Assist with Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs (APP) and training plans.
• Assist with site safety budgets and permits; ensure contract compliance.
• Lead ORM team to develop a site safety plan per specs and regs.
• Conduct/assist with incident/investigation reporting.
• Know safety/health standards and regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office incl. SharePoint.
