M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Safety Professional to oversee site safety, health, and risk management for complex projects. The role requires implementing site-specific safety plans, coordinating with GC/owners, and leading the ORM process to ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in safety roles, OSHA/EM-385 knowledge, and a track record of developing effective training and safety programs on industrial sites. On-site work across major projects is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a high school diploma.
• 2+ years with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• ABET-caliber safety program understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction project safety, health, and risk management.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans.
• Lead ORM team to review safety plans per specs and regulations.
