Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health and Risk Management. You will develop site-specific safety plans and collaborate with Project Management to implement and lead the ORM process.

Applicants should have extensive S&H experience, OSHA/DOT familiarity, and proven safety program development capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint is required, with ASP/CSP/CHST credentials encouraged.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a high school diploma
• 6+ years with an Associates Degree
• 2+ years with a Bachelors Degree
• Experience with S&H training and regulatory compliance standards (OSHA, DOT)

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health and Risk Management across projects.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans.
• Lead ORM reviews and coordinate with GC/owner on safety matters.
• Deliver S&H training and incident investigation support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and program requirements.
