Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a seasoned safety professional to coordinate site safety, lead ORM activities, and ensure regulatory compliance across projects in the U.S. You will develop site-specific accident prevention programs and mentor teams in safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Safety management systems knowledge and practical experience.
• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with OSHA, 1910/1926 standards and EM-385 1-1.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC/owner on site conditions and NCN implications.
• Advise project teams in meetings on mitigation plans and safety reports.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety programs and training plans.
• Assist with safety budgets and permits; ensure contract compliance.
• Lead ORM team to review and improve project safety plans.
• Apply OSHA, DOT and incident investigation processes and reporting.
