Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee construction safety, health, and risk management for complex projects.

The role involves coordinating with general contractors and owners to implement site safety programs and training plans, and leading the ORM process to ensure compliance and project success. Candidates should have extensive S&H training experience, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive safety improvements across multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EM-385).
• Knowledge of Safety Management Systems and related standards.
• Strong ability to design and implement site safety programs and training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC/owner on site conditions and NCN.
• Advise on project-specific mitigation plans and S&H training.
• Develop Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs and training plans.
