Qualifications

• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of ANSI-Z10, ISO 3100, OHSAS standards.
• Understanding of culture-building within teams.
• Willingness to pursue ASP, CSP, CHST certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction project safety and risk management.
• Lead ORM team to develop project safety plans.
• Coordinate with GC and owner on safety issues.
• Develop site-specific safety programs and training plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and health rules.
• Prepare incident reports and safety metrics.
