Job summary

MC Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management across projects. You will develop site-specific safety plans, lead the ORM process, and partner with project teams to implement compliance and training initiatives.

Requirements include extensive S&H experience, OSHA/DOT knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with GC and owners on mitigation plans, budgets, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years with a high school diploma.
• 4+ years with an Associate's degree.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in S&H training and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 3100.
• Ability to develop safety plans and lead ORM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC and site conditions / NCN and manage safety notices.
• Advise customers and project teams on mitigation plans and training.
• Develop Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs and training plans.
• Assist with site safety budgets, permits, and contract compliance.
• Lead the ORM team in reviewing and implementing a safety plan.
• Apply OSHA, DOT rules, audits, and safety reporting practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint for documentation.
