Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish recruiter to quickly assemble concrete, rebar, laborer, and carpenter crews for local and traveling assignments. You will own end-to-end recruiting, from outreach to onboarding, coordinating crews to meet jobsite start dates nationwide.

The role requires urgency, strong candidate relationships, and dependable follow-through from initial contact through arrival on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience is required.
• Knowledge of concrete, rebar, carpentry, and construction labor roles.
• Strong outbound calling, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit concrete workers, rebar installers, laborers, and carpenters for local and traveling assignments.
• Build ready-to-work candidate and crew pipelines to fill urgent orders and ramp-ups.
• Screen candidates for skills, availability, transportation, and travel willingness.
• Confirm pay, schedules, jobsite expectations, and start-date commitments.
• Coordinate onboarding and travel readiness so workers arrive on time.
• Maintain follow-up to reduce no-shows and meet staffing deadlines.
• Keep accurate ATS records and meet recruiting and placement goals.
