Job summary

Arrow Workforce Solutions is seeking a bilingual recruiter for high-volume staffing in a fast-paced environment. You will build pipelines, run full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics roles, and actively engage with local communities and social media groups to attract qualified candidates.

You will recruit in English and Spanish, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and maintain strong relationships with local networks to fill positions quickly.

Qualifications

• Staffing experience in high-volume environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong social media recruiting familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Recruit through Facebook groups, Marketplace, community pages, and other social platforms.
• Conduct community outreach at apartment complexes, workforce centers, and local events.
• Engage with local Facebook recruiting groups and online communities regularly.
• Create compelling job ads and recruiting campaigns to boost applicant flow.
• Source candidates via Indeed, ZipRecruiter, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Screen, interview, and communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking candidates.
