Job summary

Heritage Concrete Construction is seeking a bilingual Recruiting & Training Specialist to recruit on active jobsites, build relationships with field leaders, and create pipelines through trade programs and events. You will collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training for growth.

The role requires 5+ years in construction, field leadership experience, and willingness to travel regularly to active sites.

Qualifications

5+ years of construction industry experience, preferably concrete, heavy civil, or similar field environment.
Previous leadership experience as Foreman, Lead, Trainer, or similar field leadership role.
Bilingual English/Spanish required with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Recruit field positions including Laborers, Carpenter Helpers, Carpenters, Foremen, and other construction roles.
Spend regular time on jobsites building relationships with employees, field leaders, and candidates.
Develop recruiting pipelines through trade programs, schools, community partners, events, and referrals.
Screen candidates to align with Heritage’s requirements, culture, and values.
Partner with Foremen and Superintendents to identify strengths, gaps, and development opportunities.
Provide coaching and training support to help employees develop skills and advance.
