Job summary

gpac is seeking a dynamic Installation Coordinator to join its construction management team. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of installation activities across projects, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have proven project management experience in construction, strong scheduling software skills (Monday.com, Job Runner), and bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese, with excellent communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in construction.
• Experience with construction scheduling software (Monday.com, Job Runner).
• Site operations experience including logistics and safety.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent cross-team communication.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules using scheduling software.
• Collaborate with PMs, contractors, and field supervisors to create installation plans.
• Ensure safety and quality standards; facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Complete badging and safety requirements for in-house and subcontractor teams.
