Job summary

Unknown is seeking a construction project management professional to support start-up activities, coordinate subcontractors, and track deliverables. The role emphasizes bilingual communication, strong organizational skills, and experience with PM software and MS Office.

The candidate will assist with project closeout, warranty tracking, and documentation submissions, ensuring timely completion and compliance with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required with strong communication abilities.
• Proficiency in construction project management software, MS Office, and estimating/scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Support project start-up by setting up files, distributing contracts, and confirming subcontractor onboarding.
• Assist closeout through punch lists, document collection, warranty tracking, and final submissions.
• Track RFIs and submittals from preparation to logging, ensuring all deliverables are followed up.
• Coordinate scope confirmation, document submissions, and outstanding items with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Acquire, review, and track shop drawings, managing review and approval status with PMs and subcontractors.
• Follow up on pending deliverables and flag delays to project managers.
