Job summary

Project Access Inc in Raleigh, NC seeks a Bilingual Community Program Coordinator to lead programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building. You’ll connect residents with services, oversee after-school activities, and build partnerships with local providers to broaden impact.

You will organize workshops, manage outreach, recruit volunteers, and help with food distribution while reporting outcomes and staying within budget.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in after-school programs or educational settings for youth
• Serving diverse populations with cultural competency and community awareness
• Proficiency with MS Office; basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, Community Building
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school program and teen program
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers
• Plan and facilitate community-building events
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access resources
• Support food distribution needs and manage food bank partnerships
• Maintain strong relationships with property management and communicate regularly
• Organize monthly outreach including door-to-door and digital outreach
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers and interns
• Use automobile for supplies and attend offsite meetings (IRS mileage rate)
• Publish monthly newsletters and calendars of events
• Collect program outcomes data with emphasis on social impact
• Provide input to budgets for resident service programs
