• Implement core programs and services across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs through community engagement.
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school program and teen program with homework assistance and enrichment activities.
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver workshops and services.
• Plan and facilitate community-building events fostering safe relationships among residents.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access community resources and nonprofit partners.
