Job summary

Project Access, Inc. seeks a Bilingual Community Program Coordinator for Lakeside Retreat to design and deliver programs, engage residents, and connect families with services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.

The role requires an innovative, proactive individual who works independently, builds partnerships with local providers, oversees after-school and teen activities, recruits volunteers, and tracks outcomes with

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach, resident services, social services, education, youth programming, multifamily housing, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, engage residents, and conduct outreach in a community setting.
• Commitment to welcoming, inclusive environments and independence in role.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and assess resident needs through surveys and engagement.
• Coordinate after-school and teen programs, including homework help and enrichment activities.
• Plan and deliver resident-facing workshops, and partner with providers to deliver services.
• Organize monthly community events and maintain relationships with property management.
