Job summary

Project Access is seeking a Bilingual Community Program Coordinator (Lakeside Retreat) to design and implement programs that boost resident life across four pillars: economic stability, education, health, and community building. You’ll engage residents, organize workshops, and build local partnerships to expand services.

You will manage after-school and teen activities, lead outreach, and ensure timely data collection for program outcomes while supporting food distribution and volunteer

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach, resident services, social services, education, youth programming, multifamily housing, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and conduct proactive outreach in a community-based setting.
• Willingness to work independently and take initiative to engage residents.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs.
• Coordinate after-school and teen program activities including homework help and enrichment.
• Plan and facilitate resident workshops and group sessions when partners are unavailable.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Plan community-building events to foster safe, meaningful relationships.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access resources.
