Job summary

Project Access, Inc. seeks a Part-time Resident Services Coordinator in Raleigh, NC.

You will design and implement programs that enhance community life for residents, serving as a vital link to services and empowering four pillars: Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building. The role requires autonomous work, outreach, after-school program oversight, workshops, and collaboration with local providers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience in community outreach or resident services preferred; related experience considered
• Ability to build relationships and proactive outreach in a community setting
• Strong work ethic, reliability, initiative, and independent engagement
• Experience with youth, families, older adults, and diverse populations
• Commitment to an inclusive, welcoming environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Proficiency with MS Office; basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur

Responsibilities

• Implement programs across Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building
• Conduct outreach and assess resident needs through surveys and engagement
• Coordinate after-school and teen programs with homework help and enrichment
• Plan and deliver resident workshops and group sessions
• Develop partnerships with local providers to offer services
• Organize community-building events and resource referrals
• Support food distribution with food bank partnerships
• Maintain relationships with property management and schedule calls
• Conduct monthly outreach via door-to-door, digital and in-person
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and interns
• Use personal vehicle for supplies and offsite meetings (IRS mileage)
• Publish monthly newsletters and events calendar
• Collect outcomes data emphasizing social impact
• Assist with budgets and contractor approvals as needed
