Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the Community Manager's supervision. You will manage posting payments, reconciling receivables, and helping optimize cash flow.

As onsite leader you will supervise staff, handle leasing, maintenance, and risk management, ensure compliance with policies, fair housing guidelines, and OSHA requirements, and support budgeting to meet revenues and NOI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or two years housing experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under supervision.
• Manage postings and reconciliation of payments and receivables.
• Assist with budgeting to meet revenues and Net Operating Income.
• Supervise onsite staff, hire, train, coach, and develop staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain organized records.
