Ashford Communities seeks a motivated Bilingual Community Manager for two Houston communities. You will lead teams, drive leasing and marketing efforts, and oversee operations from maintenance to resident events.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you’ll coordinate with vendors and ensure high tenant satisfaction. The role emphasizes cost control, compliance, and strong vendor management within a fast-paced, growth-oriented owner-managed multifamily group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Community Manager preferred; 1–2 years in property management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Team building—hire, train, mentor employees and build high‑performing teams based on Ashford values.
• Marketing and Leasing—execute digital and local campaigns, coordinate with marketing/leasing teams, follow up on qualified traffic, conduct tours, close applications.
• Maintenance service—manage requests promptly with maintenance teammates to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Make ready—coordinate with in‑house staff and vendors to prepare units quickly and cost‑effectively.
• Resident relations and events—foster cordial relationships and organize monthly resident events.
• Vendor management—oversee vendors and manage invoices.
• Cost control—keep costs within budget while maintaining assets and the community.
• Compliance and Reporting—report per management needs and follow company processes.
• Miscellaneous—other duties as required.
