Q10 Property Advisors, LLC is seeking a polished Leasing Agent for a high-demand Houston community. The role emphasizes connecting with residents, closing leases, and presenting the community with warmth and professionalism.

You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, prepare leases, and maintain data in the property management system. Bilingual ability is a plus, and prior leasing or hospitality experience helps in meeting weekly goals.

Competenze

• 2+ years of leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, hospitality, or sales background.
• Excellent communication skills and polished professional presence.
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
• Goal-driven with strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing.
