This role requires 1+ year of on-site leasing experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office. Spanish language skills are a plus, and a strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1+ years of on-site leasing experience.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
• Superior customer service attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• One-Site experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects and provide information about the community.
• Set appointments for tours and target apartments/model.
• Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic.
• Verify apartment availability and pricing accuracy.
• Assist prospects in applying online.
• Coordinate with onsite teams for tours and routes.
• Listen to resident and prospect requests, complaints, and comments.
• Partner with Marketing on initiatives.
• Complete market surveys.
• Complete monthly training.
• All duties as assigned.
