Job summary

Ashford Communities, Houston's premier property management company, seeks a Community Manager to lead on-site teams at one of our large Houston properties. You will drive leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations to deliver exceptional experiences and strong asset performance.

Qualifications

• Previous property management (multifamily) experience is preferred.
• 1–2 years of Community Manager experience is ideal.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus; Urdu/Hindi/Gujarati fluency is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team and drive resident satisfaction.
• Oversee marketing and leasing campaigns and close applications.
• Manage maintenance, make-ready, and vendor coordination.
• Build resident relationships and organize monthly events.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and compliance with policies.
• Provide regular reporting to management.
