IMT Residential seeks an experienced, bilingual Senior Community Manager (Property Manager) to lead a 970-unit multifamily community in Houston, TX. You will oversee operations, drive financial results, and supervise leasing and service teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-family housing management, strong bookkeeping knowledge, and a track record of customer service excellence. In-office position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for verbal and written communication.
• 5+ years of multi-family housing management experience.
• Experience managing 500+ unit communities; 750+ units is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of property bookkeeping, budgets, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of leasing and service associates.
• Drive financial performance to meet income and expense goals.
• Lead leasing, renewals, marketing, and market condition monitoring.
• Collaborate with Service Manager to maintain property conditions and curb appeal.
• Maintain open door policy with residents to ensure outstanding service.
