Job summary

OneWall Communities is seeking an experienced bilingual English/Spanish Leasing Consultant to join our Houston team. We offer $20/hour, a $1,000 hiring bonus, plus aggressive leasing commissions and opportunity to grow with our expanding occupancy.

The Leasing Consultant will implement leasing and marketing programs, promote a positive image of the community, and support management with resident programs and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of sales and leasing experience, preferably in property management.
• Excellent customer relations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and community software.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to present information to owners, residents, and employees.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, tour the community, close sales, process applications, and follow up.
• Assist property with achieving and maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Maintain up-to-date information on community features, pricing, and lease expirations.
• Oversee orientation of new residents.
• Assist with rent collection as needed.
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
