Job summary

Ambo Properties is looking for a Community Assistant Manager in Texas to own the leasing process, engage with future residents, and keep communities thriving. You’ll be the face of the property, delivering a warm, professional experience for prospects and residents in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1+ year in multifamily or commercial leasing, bilingual ability, and excellent communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and leasing software like Yardi or RealPage is a plus;

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in multifamily or commercial leasing.
• Bilingual proficiency is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage prospect pipeline.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community benefits.
• Execute the full leasing process from application to lease.
• Maintain positive resident relations and support retention efforts.
• Ensure timely rent collections and address delinquencies professionally.
• Support marketing to boost traffic and visibility.
• Assist with move-ins, renewals, and day-to-day operations.
• Handle lease paperwork, compliance, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager and maintenance teams.
