Qualifications

• Experience in collections, customer service or sales preferred.
• Understanding of collections laws and FDCPA a plus.
• Proficient with computers, headset, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with customers and negotiate payment plans.
• Handle inquiries and resolve disputes promptly and professionally.
• Update payment records in LiveVox and Interprose.
• Meet monthly performance goals and compliance expectations.
• Attend to attendance as an essential function.
