Qualifications

• 24-60 Bachelor's degree credits approved.
• At least one year of related experience in collections or customer service.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone to provide guidance and ensure payment of delinquent accounts.
• Communicate with customers to identify reasons for payment delays and offer payment alternatives.
• Receive payments and record transactions in customer accounts.
• Update financial and demographic information and document collection efforts.
• Perform customer skip tracing when necessary using available resources.
• Maintain productivity and quality metrics per standards.
• Comply with internal collection policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Identify and report issues affecting processes or systems.
• Collaborate on departmental initiatives as required.
