GoodLeap is hiring a Collections Specialist to resolve overdue bills within our personal finance department. You will identify accounts with delinquent payments, contact clients, and work toward restoring current loan status while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

The role requires 1–2 years in credit/collections, strong communication, and experience with sales/negotiation. Spanish bilingualism is required and a bonus structure applies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in credit and collections, with sales/negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Telemarketing experience with financial products is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps.

Responsabilités

• Increase collection of outstanding payments as an individual contributor.
• Identify accounts with overdue payments and work toward bringing loans current.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly collection metrics.
• Handle outbound/inbound calls to resolve debts.
• Follow GoodLeap’s collections policies and procedures.
