Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in sales, customer service, or collections.
• Credit/finance related coursework or degree helpful.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect delayed accounts by phone calls or in-person visits.
• Maintain delinquency levels at a minimum.
• Explain payment options and set up arrangements.
• Hand in collected money to supervisor promptly.
• Schedule visits to meet collection goals; support branch operations.
• Provide high-quality service and guidance to clients.
