The position requires a Master’s in social work or related field, state license, and two years of post-graduate direct service delivery, with experience working with refugees.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Licensed to provide clinical services in Indiana.
• Two years of post-graduate direct service delivery experience.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Prior refugee/immigrant population experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trauma-informed clinical services for refugee/immigrant clients.
• Provide weekly individual supervision to clinical staff.
• Manage staff workload and case assignments to ensure quality services.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
• Coordinate outside professional consultations when needed.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and funding requirements.
• Attend meetings and contribute to program development.
