Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Case Manager for Home Study and Post Release Services to support refugee and immigrant children and families. Travel up to 65% of the time and engage with clients across the state to ensure reunification, safety, and access to services.

You will manage a diverse caseload, conduct home visits, and coordinate with partners while maintaining thorough documentation and referrals. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field; two years of case management experience in child and family services or three years in related refugee/immigration fields in lieu of education.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; bilingual required.
• Ability to work with diverse populations, including refugees and minority families.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate Post Release Services (PRS) and comprehensive case management.
• Maintain a caseload per contract terms and agency expectations.
• Conduct home visits as required and perform home studies for reunification.
• Complete and document reports, case notes, and contacts in the database on time.
• Refer families to community resources and provide ongoing advocacy and support.
